and MDTelecomm Software ACCEPTANCE
OF AGREEMENT.
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this
Terms of Use Agreement with respectto our site MDNationwide.org
and MDTelecomm Software. This
Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between
us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
agreements, representations, warranties and understandings
with respect to the site, the contract, products or services
provided by or through amended at any time by us from
time to time without specific notice- to you. The
latest Agreement will be posted on this site, and you
should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

OF LICENSE:

EULA grants you the following rights:
Installation and use. You
may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
on a single computer. Optionally you may store or install
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a
network server, to run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your
computer or other computers; however the same license
may not be shared or used concurrently on different
computers or services. Sufficient licenses must
be acquired for each shared or concurrently used SOFTWARE
PRODUCT. Reproduction and distribution. You may
not reproduce or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT except
to make copies, or to install as provided above.
LIMITED
WARRANTY:
NO WARRANTIES. MDTelecomm SoftwareTM
is an MDNationwideTM
product in which expressly disclaims any warranty for
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
documentation is provided "as is" without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including,
without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
DISCLAIMER:
All files available to download from
the MDNationwide.org
website have been scanned for all know viruses at the
time of publication. Should a virus subsequently be found
on a file, (MDNationwide Inc)
the owners of MDTelecomm Software,
will not accept any liability for damages, or losses of
time or profit caused directly or indirectly from usage
of our Software except as noted in each product EULA.
Third party utilities, either bundled with our covered
by any warranty of any kind by MDNationwideTM.

If you did not obtain this copy of the
